A new fund will be established to develop youth entrepreneurship

According to the decree, a State Targeted Fund for Youth Entrepreneurship Development will be established under the Youth Affairs Agency, which will serve as the foundation for supporting young entrepreneurs. 

The fund will be financed through designated sources, with an amount equivalent to 100 million US dollars. 

The primary indicator of the fund's success will be ensuring employment for at least 50,000 young people and encouraging youth entrepreneurship. 

In addition, lands will be allocated through electronic online auctions for business projects focused on providing services along rivers, canals, and coastlines, as well as creating entertainment and recreational facilities, in accordance with established procedures. 

Furthermore, a venture fund will be created under the fund, financed by the Youth Affairs Agency. This venture fund, with an authorized capital equivalent to 10 million US dollars, will finance promising startup projects by young people.
