Jude Bellingham named England’s Player of the Year for second time

Real Madrid midfielder Jude Bellingham has been named England’s Player of the Year for the second consecutive year. The winner was determined by a fan vote.

The 23-year-old scored seven goals for England at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. It was the highest number of goals scored by an England player at a single major international tournament.

Bellingham scored braces in England’s knockout-stage matches against Mexico and Norway at the 2026 World Cup. England finished the tournament in third place.

Bellingham also became the youngest European footballer to appear at four major international tournaments.

Fans selected Bellingham as England’s Player of the Year in a vote conducted through the official England national team app.
