The incident reportedly occurred on June 24 of the current year in a kindergarten located in the Olot district of the Bukhara region. The victim, identified as A.Y., born in 2019, was involved in a conflict with another boy named A.S. Consequently, A.S.'s father, H.F., physically assaulted the other child, resulting in facial injuries.
According to the findings of a forensic examination conducted in relation to this case, it was determined that the child sustained minor injuries.
Currently, legal proceedings have been initiated against H.F. under Article 52, Part 2 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility for inflicting minor injuries, with the case documents forwarded to the Olot district court for adjudication.
It is noteworthy that a prior incident involved the physical assault of a three-year-old child within a preschool educational facility in the Koshkopir district of the Khorezm region.
