A new method to slow down aging has been revealed

According to the report, the results of the research, published in the international scientific journal "Nature Aging", have sparked great public interest. The study discusses an effective method for slowing down the human aging process. 

The large-scale study, which lasted for three years, involved over 2,000 healthy individuals aged 70 and above. The participants were divided into two groups and took vitamin D and Omega-3 supplements in various combinations while also engaging in physical exercises. 

The most effective results were noted in the group that took Omega-3 supplements: after the relevant tests, it was found that the aging of their cells had significantly slowed down. Additionally, it was found that vitamin D and physical exercises also yielded positive results.

According to the scientists' final conclusion, a comprehensive approach involving Omega-3 and vitamin D supplements, along with regular physical exercises, can slow down the aging process by 1-4%.
