The market value of demolished residential and non-residential properties will be fully compensated

According to the announcement, starting from May 1, 2025, all processes — from obtaining construction permits to the completion of the project — will be conducted entirely online through the "Transparent Construction" system.

Additionally, when issuing occupancy permits for newly constructed multi-apartment buildings, conclusions will only be required from the Construction and Housing and Communal Services Control Inspection and the State Fire Safety Authorities.

The practice of conducting instrumental-technical inspections before issuing occupancy permits for multi-apartment buildings registered with and monitored by the Inspection will be discontinued.

Starting from March 1, 2025, the construction of multi-apartment buildings under renovation projects will only be permitted after a notarized agreement has been signed with all property owners.

Property owners will be offered one of the following compensation options, based on their preference:

— Receiving ownership rights to a newly built apartment under the renovation program, with an area not smaller than their demolished property, ready for living. Additionally, all relocation expenses, including temporary rental costs during the construction period, will be fully covered.

— Full compensation of the market value of the demolished residential or non-residential property.

— Another type of compensation as agreed upon with the initiator of the renovation project.

Afghanistan on the Geopolitical Chessboard of the Middle East

Against the backdrop of this dangerous crisis, with the international community’s attention focused on the direct participants in the conflict, Gaza, Libya, and Syria, it is appropriate to turn attention to Afghanistan, which, despite its peripheral position relative to the region, is also becoming involved in these processes. Israel and Iran seek to expand their spheres of influence both ideologically and strategically. In this context, South and Central Asia, including Afghanistan, are becoming key zones of geopolitical rivalry, especially for Iran.

The Impact of India’s Nationalist Policy on Domestic Political Stability and Territorial Integrity

In the modern era, nationalist sentiment in India has significantly intensified. On one hand, the rise of this nationalist policy is bringing India closer to states that are implementing similar systems — such as the United States, many European countries, and Israel — thereby fostering stronger alliances.
